Green Products
In 2009, WESCO issued its first "Green Guide", highlighting environmentally-friendly and energy-efficient products and services from our supply chain partners. As part of our commitment to a green catalog, this book was printed on 100% post-consumer fiber using a chlorine-free process, and sourced from FSC-certified mixed sources.
To make the catalog even more green, we are pleased to offer an online Green Guide catalog and have labeled our environmentally-friendly and energy efficient products with WESCO's Go Green logo.

Go Green with MaxCell
WESCO has also been working to quantify and 
communicate the green benefits of its products – one example of this has been with MaxCell, an innerduct product used in the telecommunications industry. WESCO completed a carbon lifecycle analysis of the product, and found that MaxCell’s carbon footprint is 87% less than that of its closest competitor. Thanks to its lifecycle analysis, MaxCell earned certification from the Carbon Trust for its 3-cell product. Read more about MaxCell's green benefits.
